Birthday Fun and so much more!
So I felt I ought to get myself back to this board quicker this round to update you on Jade's birthday party.

Jade and her Cake
Jade had a "Princess Party" if you couldn't guess from the invitation in the previous post. She is very much "into" the entire Princess thing right now. She loves to watch Snow White, Cinderella, Princess and the Pauper (Barbie's version), Swan Lake, Nutcracker and The Princess Bride. While I don't mind this new phase of her life there have been days, on the way to the bus stop or to the market, that I've wished she would willingly change BACK into her 'real' clothes rather than her dress-up items. She regularly leaves the home in her princess dresses or ballerina clothes. While I do find this cute there are days where it is a bit impractical (you know, with the temp's dipping a bit here... and yes that is just 'a bit') Hah.
She and her guests made crowns, played games, ate cake and of course shared the fun in opening her gifts. She had a great time. I really enjoyed watching her and the kids play. I can't believe it has been 3 years already. The time truly goes quickly and despite the 'challenges' of children I am certainly blest with two wonderful kids.
More pictures and a post to come with a visit to a local garden and SANTA! The kids were extremely happy to see him... come back soon!
